Ugh. I’m glad you took one for the team, because I wouldn’t have been able to stomach a trailer like that for very long.

When you need to buy a second PS Vita just because it comes with a free 16 GB card, which would actually be cheaper than just buying a 16 GB card on its own, you know Sony fucked up big time.
I feel your pain. I have a Brit account with a couple of PS1 games and loads of PS+ stuff, my partner has a US account with a gazillion PS1 games, most of which aren’t on the UK store, and not being able to hop accounts like the PS3 is the Vita’s second biggest flaw in my eyes (first being the memory cards obvs).
The game takes place 200 years before this. And do you know that Venice and Bohemia are pretty far apart in that day and age?
I got about 8 hours or so into Sun/Moon and called it a day (sold the game).
Yeah the lack of actual puzzles and dungeons and anything other than walk, cutscene, battle, rinse and repeat was tedious, a lot of the characters in the game are annoying and the trials have no actual challenge other than a buffed pokemon.
I literally just finished the first game two weeks ago because I couldn’t play for more than 20 minutes without wanting to chuck my DS across the room during cutscenes. I’m honestly more inclined to drop 30 bucks on Gold, Silver, and Yellow in the ‘shop and call it a day.
I loved X/Y and ORAS but really didn’t enjoy Sun / Moon. The removal of traditional gyms / leaders. Adding the Z move gimmick, etc. They tried to go too different and went off mark in my opinion.
I couldn’t connect to the game the same way I did in previous installments, the game is just so linear and easy. The cutscenes are too long and tedious and happen like every 15 min or so. I hope the next big release does away with the hand-holding of Sun and Moon, there were several improvements in the core battle…
Thank you for seeing clearly. The two comments before said he literally admitted or “he pretty much blatantly” admitted it. Neither of those are even close to true.
I completely enjoy your critical thinking skills on this because I feel the same way.
yesasia has it as well
yesasia/cdjapan I find have very long shipping times though... amazon, when you can get it, ships silly fast. I’ve got stuff in 3 days and I’m nowhere near any large airport.
Couldn’t agree more. Kiwami would have almost zero emotional gravitas on its own without 0. 0 just puts so much context there, and you’re absolutely right - Sera, Kazama, Reina, so many folks that get only passing screentime and backstory in Kiwami were fleshed out to great effect in 0.
Yet PS4 still, to the best of my knowledge, doesn’t have a report button after a year.
I also hate videos sorry Kotaku staff.
They replaced the native american outfit with a cowboy one too... talk about adding insult to injury. Now instead of native american representation, we get the representation of those that drove them away
I had more time in theory but needed to leave for an interview session with Mr. Igarashi. More on that next week. This gameplay was captured as I briefly waited.
Berserk: Off the boat.
I empathize with the spirit of the article but some small voice in my head parroted the title back as, “someone, somewhere on the internet said something” and I cringed. There is never any shortage of people looking to be outraged about something... and this is pretty low hanging fruit.
That’s not an extra finger, that’s just the side of his hand. Clench your fist and look at it head-on, and you’ll see.
