For me it’s just the Kingdom Hearts combat. That never felt enjoyable to me. I’d rather spam menues in traditional FF ATB with gorgeous modern day visual system than run up to dudes and spam the action button, heal, then repeat. I do think I’m in the minority there...Kingdom Hearts fans are many.

I couldn’t stand it either, it’s just as cheasy as the battle scene in Kancolle. The whole thing made it look like some low budget show that got churned off the cg render farm.
