PLEASE DO. I've tried making Copenhagen street-dogs for my girlfriend, but I have no idea where to get good remoulade. It's a really important component.

This is terrific. On my '13 ST, there is no good place to stash a phone while plugged in, other than a cupholder or the console. Which is ultimately irrelevant, since Bluetooth audio sync is my loving, tender mistress...

Close, but the Mini has always been FWD, by definition.

If you could watch the first few minutes of the first video from directly above, it would just be Snake.

Milan Trade Fair. This looping, swooping glassy concourse extends for one entire mile in a straight line. So, obviously, I would need a Lamborghini Aventador to max out before getting to the end of the line...

Did this exact event earlier this year, and it really is worth a buck-fifty (my dad found a Groupon, lol). My event (Waldorf, MD) brought me this gem of an experience:

Fairly certain that's a Renzo Piano building...

Did it for you because I enjoy word origins. Huayra is the pre-colonial Bolivian/Argentine wind god, also referred to as "Huayra-tata"

Might not be the first to answer this, but "trueno" is Spanish for "thunder"

Part of the answer is what was referenced by "carbon sequestering" in the article. When we manufacture steel or concrete, a massive amount of energy goes into the production processes, which generates tons upon tons of greenhouse emissions. By contrast, the act of sustainably growing trees for 15-20 years results in a

Yup. Except I sold one to myself. Tuxedo Black 2013 ST, love it to death.

I've been trying to get friends and family to buy one of these for like a year... No one has bitten yet. I don't understand why, though! Super-practical, very efficient, good looking (in that nerdy, Mazda5 kind of way), lovely interior with lots of light.

Dat bent wood... Every car interior should look like a midcentury armchair. Fact.

The sunshades on those Abu Dhabi towers is a lovely interpretation of "reactive facade systems". In America, Thom Mayne has designed a handful of civic buildings, mostly on the West Coast, that feature very similar principles. Pictured is the CALTRANS building in LA, which features automated shading devices that

Now why, oh why, couldn't a concept as lovely and understated as this have been designed as a (reasonably) affordable, turbo 5-cylinder AWD hatch for the everyman? Doesn't Audi have enough high level supercars and RS-variants?

I just spent entirely too long playing with that mini-site. Thank you?

This was my thought too; The Shard was designed by Renzo Piano. The nickname of Rogers' new building is the "Cheese Grater", if I'm not mistaken. Both are lovely, though.

Isn't "Technology, Technology, Technology" Acura's M.O.? Tell me again what sort of market share they have right now... Audi is a great manufacturer, but technology is not a deus ex machina, so they really shouldn't treat it like one.

I was the "Guest Architect" for my local B&N store's event. It was a lot of fun, and I am seriously lusting after the kit. Of course the event was terrific, but it involved less "thoughtful architectural discussions" and more "let's make a sweet-ass house out of white lego" (which was perfectly alright with me).

Taipei 101 has a pretty fantastic feature: a Tuned Mass Damper. Yeah, it's a real thing:
