The mini was quite popular I thought. When the mini came out is when a lot of people started adopting iPods because they were cheaper and more stylish. Neat...but call me when you get Doppler radar in there with time lapse...then get it to my phone. This day and age, why is it that I can't get a single map with the traffic and weather conditions for my ride home in one place? And cloud cover isn't nearly as useful as radar.

While potential Samsung customers might like to spend money to get their stuff made by Samsung, I'm positive companies producing would rather have the demand on their product coming from Apple to supply their devices than anyone else.

Where there may be a transitional delay while the suppliers switch over and ramp up if it happens abruptly, I'm fairly certain that there are a number of suppliers what would LOVE Apple's business in place of Samsung. I'll bet Intel would jump all over those processors for one.
