@andrewjp33: because its over wifi, its not using anything for carriers to charge you for. IF you were going over their 3G connection via jailbreaking or they open that up in the future, and you are on a metered data plan, then you would be charged for the data used. The facetime system itself doesn't touch your

@Arken: Of the popular Batman Rogues left, there aren't many that Nolan friendly. Talia Al Goul (probably spelled wrong), Catwoman, Bane, Riddler, Penguin, Harley Quinn, I'm sure there are others but are less popular. They did Raj Al Goul already and they could save Talia for later. Riddler or Harley wouldn't be

iPhone 7? Did I miss something?

@superflat44: They did budge on the physical switch...there's a section of the options screen to select its function now. Either mute on/off or orientation lock/unlick.

@coirbidh: Look above at the comment with the picture.

@VeriPhone: How about an option to change the switch from mute control to orienation lock control (look at above comments for the new option in settings). Now its apparently an option.

@improprietary: I think they are pretty much a church in name only. Or at least probably most of the people out there have a VERY different definition of the word church than they do. You can call a flaming bag of excrement a sack of roses or whatever else you want, but it doesn't change what it is.

Only about 30 minutes into the premier and I'm struggling to get through. I'm the guy that cheers on Smallville after 10 seasons...Heroes after 4 hoping for redemption...I really wanted this show to be good...we could really use a good semi-original superhero/comic TV show. So far...I'm disappointed. But i'm gonna

@WetSkeletonz: Who knows...maybe they're getting both.

@cjoricj: The existance of a SIM tray isn't the cause of the unlikely-ness. Its the other reasons they actually listed in the article: poor LTE coverage in the US right now, poor battery life, a CMDA version being in the works for quite some time, Verizon, not Apple, making the announcement, Apple not liking to be

Worst case, we get a very fun new ride at six flags

@whatne1wuddo: I know, was trying to help enforce the point.

The process sounds extreme, painful, and expensive. But its a big step in the right direction. As someone who's had many friends get it, find out they have it, die from it, including some boyfriends while we were dating (thank god I haven't so far), seeing this actually made me start tearing up a little.

@whatne1wuddo: They also have manual media management available where you can drag and drop specifically the songs you want and put them in the playlist you want. iTunes really isn't that hard to use if you actually try it.

@MazdaMania: Am I the only person that likes iTunes? Its really not that hard. Import music. Create playlists. Plug in phone. Sync. If you need more, turn on manual media management and you can drag and drop. Its not exactly rocket science.

Why does it keep surprising scientists that the big ball of fire in the sky can catch itself on fire more?

@aggrobot: 3.8 lbs according to other sites. 4 lbs ain't that heavy to carry around. And 2" is a bit of an exageration on thickness (haven't found that number anywhere yet). Doesn't look any thicker than a regular macbook and that's only about an inch.

Maybe it would have helped if they...oh I don't know...re-released the original on DVD/Bluray ahead of time so some people...like me...part of the geek audience that would see it...who haven't seen the original, and would like to before seeing the sequel. But instead its in the vault, and nearly impossible to find at

So...basically either new update to OSX 10.6 (maybe 10.7) to include new Airplay APIs for devs to use, iOS 5 with new Airplay APIs, and new Safari using said APIs.

Houston needs one. Period. If they don't get it, there's a problem. After being the subject of that line for so long, they deserve one.
