I never compared them to any of those but, since you bring it up, calling them "vastly inferior" is just patently false. I've had all of the ones you mentioned. Some of their offerings are better and some are not.

I don't care that they sold out, their stuff is still very good. Honker's Ale, their IPA, Harvest Ale, Mild Winter, Nut Brown Ale - all excellent for the beer drinker who's not an asshole.

The idiocy of these plans is just another reason why senior German military leaders, including and especially von Schlieffen, basically told the Kaiser to go play with his toy soldiers in the corner. Wilhelm II was a laughable military strategist.
