And apparently it doesn't do that, if they feel the need to put that sort of supermodelly posing in just to say "Hey guys this is character is totally a girl".

@Cvrt

There are plenty of androgynous people in real life who get by alright without having gender assignations pinned to their shirts, and kids would probably get the message as soon as she speaks with a female voice anyway.

I liked the trailer, but I did not like the sexy posing the female animal/cyborgs do about one minute into the video. Does everything with boobs and/or vagina have to walk and pose like a supermodel, even if it has the head of what seems to be a raccoon?

I've never come across someone who disliked Peter Davison's doctor before, and I find it quite surprising. I grew up mostly watching 3, 4 and 5. 6 was barely tolerated and 7 was banned from the household (leading to me seeing my first Sylvester McCoy episode this year at the ripe old age of 23).

The problem is, what makes a school the 'best'? It's a fact that student populations from more privileged socioeconomic backgrounds tend to get better marks overall.

I'd be cautious saying that this study suggests that all humans are hardwired from birth to differentiate between humans and other animals. Perhaps the attitudes of our culture influences the way that that section of the amygdala develops or functions during childhood?

I was kind of sad when I found out that Koalas don't get high off Eucalyptus leaves at all, it's just they're not adapted to walking on the ground, so when they do have to occasionally walk to another tree they are really uncoordinated and stumble everywhere like a drunk person would. Plus they sleep a lot because gum

Yeah that's a good idea, actually. Or perhaps government subsidies to landlords who get it installed.

You might be right about the young men who do perceive their own mothers as genteel and distinguished, however I haven't met many young people who actually think of their Mum like that (more likely as authoritative and slightly irrational).

Would it be possible for them to pick up rabies? I imagine if that were to happen it would be quite dangerous to have a lot of them running around.

I know a lot of people here in Australia have done the solar thing and been able to either take themselves off the power grid completely, or sell the electricity they are generating back to the power companies.

Plus the fact that keeping children away from germs makes them more likely to have an immune system that overreacts to harmless stuff, causing allergies.

I couldn't disagree more, I think she has fantastic chemistry with Matt Smith. Especially in the opening two parter of this series, I could almost feel it crackling in the air.

Maybe the Tardis?

Nah she's given up on that. She's been virulently anti Catholic church for awhile now, guess her renewed devoutness didn't exactly turn out the way she expected.

Goodness this has me jumping out of my seat. Rory for ever!

Actually, the idea that either the first of the lycans or vampires being killed would result in death/reversion of the respective bloodlines was a lie fed to Viktor so that he wouldn't try to kill either of them. It's stated pretty clearly as such in the second film.

Pretty cool, but I still prefer the royal wedding dalek.

Haha brilliant!
