Personally, MX never seemed like an "extreme sport", similar to rally. Granted, you're probably right that most people would consider MX otherwise.

It makes the world go 'round. :P
That's a really good point about sponsorship; considering the difficulties facing the various forms of motorsport, RallyCross probably needs all the help it can get!
If I recall correctly, he competed in skateboarding; Wikipedia states he also competed in snowboarding and motocross. However, he certainly wasn't at the professional level or prestige of either Travis Pastrana or Bucky Lasek.
That's fair; if they're enthusiasts or fans and have enough money to fund their own way, good for them! I had assumed they were trying to turn RallyCross into a cool new extreme sport for America, especially considering that it's now in the X Games. :P
Ken Block... Travis Pastrana... and now Bucky Lasek?! Why are "extreme sports" athletes getting into RallyCross? I just don't get it. >.>
If the artist intentionally made that reference, she (?) deserves all the Mario Bros. street cred. Holy cow that's obscure! lol
Yup! Definitely did the same thing. :)
I'm going to assume the reason for Oberyn wearing sunglasses is because he's blind.
Oh wow, if they release a mobile (read: iOS) version, it may be the first video game my father's played since Wave Race 64 (his two previous titles being Super Mario Bros. and Space Invaders)... and it may blow either his mind or productivity.
+1 for Lian-Li and Silverstone; they make the best cases by far.
It's safe to say that most PC gaming enthusiasts have gone through the too-many-LED-fans phase at some point. :P
A revival of PC game boxes would be awesome! As long as it doesn't involve trapezoids...
Well, that's definitely the first time I've seen a rear wing on a motorcycle... Sorta wish I hadn't. >.>
Seriously; that was legit, especially considering the nationalistic context of the times. W strikes me (no pun intended) as a guy who probably didn't even need to practice to get the pitch right.
Even anime's getting into the "blue optics" aesthetic! :P

lol When I was a "young adult" (as they say these days), I revisited my Lego collection and became to assemble kits based on the instructions still lying around... The finished products did not look very good considering the mish-mash of piece colors. q.q
Ah, that's sensible; thanks!
If that were true, it would certainly justify the price... and I'd have ordered one already! lol
