I'm not sure if it still works, but my friends and I used to unplug the ethernet cable from the machine then opted for an Amazon Gift Card. The machine would fail to process the Amazon Gift Card, state there was a problem, then default to cash without any processing fee.

Your aversion to drugs aside, I recommend taking the time to try as many as your doctor recommends. It's a long process but hopefully you end up finding one that works. If there's anything I've learned from my treatment, it's that each person's reaction to medicinal treatment is unique.
