You always see plenty of signs in English at protests here in the Netherlands: these days people assume a global audience when expressing their opinion in public. I’d presume it’s the same in Germany.

It's a huge catch-22 for the bigotry crowd. On one hand you have a lying slut proving that the vast majority of alleged rapes are false. On the other hand Muslim immigrants are raping the good, wholesome white women and need to be deported!
