This movie is so confusingly and astoundingly bad. To say otherwise is to look past it’s obvious flaws and to just embrace full-on fanboy-ism. If someone tells you this is a good film, you should distrust all their future opinions on the subject of film. They have brain worms.

I contend the state of SW films blame is at the feet of Kennedy, JJ and Rian Johnson. In equal measure, they all fucked up in unique and special-to-them ways.

I find it amusing to credit a producer with anything close to artistic credit why a film is good. If anything, producers just make bullshit notes and force directors to make cuts in the name of saving money. They are devoid of artistic merit.
