Between The Mandalorian and this new SW game that apparently is pretty decent...it’s nice to have that giddy feeling about Star Wars again. We’ve had our ups and downs, but I guess I’m kinda surprised the franchise still makes me feel like an excited kid every once in awhile.

Seriously forever. I want this show to be a constant serial like the old radio dramas. It’s so good. Live action Star Wars that doesn’t need to conform to ungainly legacies of past films and 2.5 hours is so refreshing! 

There’s that whistling sound throughout that is obviously an homage to Morricone’s score for The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, and it fits so well.

The Inhumans was so utterly separate from Feige and the Marvel Cinematic Universe it might as well come from another studio.

And we are making it because we believe in [director Chloé Zhao’s] vision and we believe in what those characters can do and we believe we need to continue to grow and evolve and change and push our genre forward, that’s a risk if I’ve ever heard one.

I’m kind of hoping there’s a new IG-11 unit that shows up in each episode and the Mando kills each of them in different ways.

Pascal’s delivery is so like Eastwood’s Man With No Name that I can’t stop looking at this show as a western.

It’s incredible that Jon Favreau is responsible for launching the MCU *and* live-action TV Star Wars. He really doesn’t get recognition equal to his success.

One hour in and I’m all like just let Filoni and Favreau do all the Star War from now on.

I keep going back to how the Mandalorian’s bounty was alive, or proof of death for a reduced fee. I don’t remember exactly what he said, but it seems like IG-11's bounty was *just* dead. Seems like they had two different bounties, which makes me wonder who gave IG-11 his...
