Let's all practice reading comprehension. The athletes are not competing in these clothes. This is what they wear to stand on the podium to receive their awards. It's supposed to fit over their skintight competition clothes so as to keep them warm. Unless those leggings are lined they will be completely useless.

I'd love to star this x1000. Leggings/jeggings/tights are NOT pants and they are NOT professional. They're not going to compete in these outfits, so why make the women wear something like that?
