How is it ok to use language like that to a total stranger? So Maggie Serota won't miss Kevin Smith's movie and he sent her a totally benign tweet, how in the hell does that warrant such vulgar abuse? Who thinks this is ok? Why do they think it's ok?

I've always found it ironic how Smith fans tend to be these obnoxious dude-bros where they ignore how well rounded and personally secure most of the women in the films are. He doesn't even glorify the bro dudes of his own films so much as show them for what they are: problematic people who need to get their shit

I don't know any straight guy who has joked about dating one of his straight friends and has sent dick pics to him. This guy barely has one foot still in the closet.

So, what is OLD then? 25?
Can we stop calling anyone that isn't a fucking teenager old now?
While we are at it, can we stop looking towards a teenager for what's cool and trending?

I think the bigger issue is when they decided to start filtering based on what interests you. Which, um, Facebook is TERRIBLE at determining.

Probably because most parents would try a few backup plans before going to infanticide.

I'm willing to bet the idea of "If I can't have him, nobody will" was in his head.

I agree that coming up with chores for you to do when you're sick is a jerk move, but HER vacuuming or cleaning? Really? Don't you help make the messes, too?

The thing is, even if the glasses are less easy to identify, the personality is not. PUA's are creepy as fuck and it shows in everything that they do and say while they're trying to score. We can smell you from a mile away, assholes. Your Clark Kent malware will not change your basic makeup.

Zach Braff's attempts at humor are lame and painful, not funny. Steve Martin IS funny.

You're probably right, although this appears to be a *thing* among the sanctimommy blogs. I hate-read a lot of those things (don't judge me), and the reasons are:

I love that meme!

All of that was creepy too, especially the bit with Don Johnson, because there was a shitload of dysfunction and drugs involved.

at 16 I was dating a 20 year old. It lasted 3 years, was madly in love, blah blah blah. He and I are still friends to this day, but it doesn't change the fact that I regret dating someone too old for me at the time, and 4 years really isn't that much older. I was very naive, easily love struck by things that had

I went to the University of Victoria in Canada and they had a strict "No" policy on anything resembling a fraternity or sorority. It was very strictly enforced and any club or shared house in the vicinity was given shit. You couldn't advertise shared housing that mentioned any affiliation or you were done. I'm just

So your argument is "that's not the way it is"? Yeah, I got that. That's the point, that the way it is isn't the way it should be.

Hallelujah amen!

People need to be able to go after universities and colleges for what happens in their Greek systems. Maybe if the university coffers were at risk, institutions would be more willing to take real steps toward reform. As it is, they get to hide behind the "unsanctioned activity" canard so they can rake in donations

Sadly, the only punishment MIGHT be loss of their charter. For a short while. Otherwise, these assholes, otherwise known as people who murdered someone, will go on their merry way and not feel bad about it at all. Over time, it will become his fault for dying and not their fault for tackling him.

I think we have to blame it both on the men who perpetuate it for their own benefit and the society that supports it.
