Yeah, over half a town burnt down on Boxing Day, over 100 houses destroyed in the Great Ocean Road area. Victoria has been in drought for years, bushfires are a problem nearly all year round now. Still some fires in the area apparently.

I had an irrational hatred of her when I was a teen due to her relationship with River Phoenix. I’m kinda over it now though. Kinda.

My dad died from Parkinson’s last year. It really is a relief to see people set free from a body that trapped them long ago, even as we mourn them. She’s in a better place now. My condolences to you and your family.
