I want my dash to have no electronics and no idiot lights. I don't need a damn light to tell me I have low oil pressure, give me an actual gauge. With actual numbers, pisses me off, my water gauge that scales L to H. This is what I want my dashboard to look like, with appropriate gauges. What is acceptable, and I've

I agree, I can understand not wanting loud, butI want to hear the motor. Turbo whistles, blower whine and cams are all things meant to be naturally generated. Once it's artificially created, what's the point? It's like putting a blower with gutted internals on your motor for the look.

In regards to the first one, might I suggest the program F.lux?

As a truck owner, yeah. It's easier for everyone. Walking an extra few hundred feet is nothing.

Don't Germans specialize in that?
