Disc brakes would work fine. When I was a bike tech, one of my buddies was an Olympic road cyclist. He used to tell stories about being wheel-to-wheel at 60mph. Scary stuff

I’m a cyclist and actually worked as a bike tech for 3 years... People like you (and this guy who is clearly seen riding straight towards the car and nowhere near the crossing) are the ONLY reason cyclists could ever be or are ever a hindrance on the roads.
