That’s okay. I only go there for the articles.

From what I’ve seen about the movie, it’s less misandrist and more misanthropic. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

This is one of the few films lately that had me excited from the first trailer. I was wary that it was just a nicely-cut trailer, but now I’m all the more excited!

Yay! Not a slideshow! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Why would JLo be bitter about that? That movie launched her career. And JLo herself is a huge icon.

I mean, nobody’s in charge. That’s kind of the point. People are going to criticize someone who says something they don’t like. You’re free to disagree with them. You’re worried about people deciding what’s unacceptable,  yet here you are deciding what’s unacceptable for other people to say. And yeah, comparing the

Who, or what is a “LatinE”?? Is this an autocorrect error for Latinx? And you do know that no one but Puerto Ricans care about arroz con habichuelas right? You could have left it at arroz con frijoles, or just at arroz even though that isn’t exactly universal across all countries of Latin America.

Reading these comments, I guess a lot of people these days see “unfettered outrage” where I see “relentless, bemused dunking on aging Gen-Xers.” I like Sedaris’s writing, but there’s barely a joke here, and it’s limply punching down from a place of high status.

I did not make it far into this series. I thought it was weird that it started in Chicago, as if they knew they couldn’t start it with her concert at the Astrodome (which would show her at the arguable peak of her career and performing in her home state), because the Selena film had already done that.

Don’t forget the all-too-often-overlooked Vanessa Bayer; the Naughty Christmas Elves were great, in an extremely creepy way.

Victoria Jackson was one of the all-time great weak links in an SNL cast.

He came with the sleeveless flannel shirt instead of a hat.

I think more shoutouts should be given to Bowen Yang for his contributions tonight as the lounge singer and one of the Wallens. Also a shout out to the writers for including him as such with no jokes that the characters were being played by an Asian American. Pretty woke.

Was that second Morgan Wallen song a sketch?

good god the comments are wretched. i know everyone always says every new comment system on this site is a step down from the last one, but at least somewhere down the line people like this got weeded out

What the hell is this? A review of a popular show with a dedicated audience?!?

Another fantastic episode in what’s shaping up to be a REALLY solid season. How many shows can claim to have a quality 11th season?

Also, I really miss these reviews and the commentariat that comes with it...

If Pratt doesn’t want political criticism he shouldn’t wear propaganda. And if you think he is unaware of what his T-shirt stands for then you are as naive and gullible as every Trump supporter. Good day.

Come on, the Internet, stop being not-really-very-mean to a multi-millionaire actor who makes no bones about supporting a church that is virulently anti-gay. You can’t judge a man solely based on his thoughts and actions!
