For XBOX use i have a nice reciever that i tunnel all my stuff through, so i actually use a set of Grado S60's with the open air design, and i simply wear the xbox communicator on top of them, and i pump voice through both headphones and headset in the xbox menus. works great. a+ sound, and chat!
