“Do you want to live... deliciously?” My husband and I can’t stop saying it to each other.

I have a bad feeling about this.

I LOVED this book. Honestly one of the best Star Wars books I’ve read. I really hope she writes a sequel because I need to know what happens after that cliffhanger ending.

This painting sucks. All of the characters have exactly the same face and expression.

I mean, the original Halo had a really interesting backdrop, a lot of mystery (the Flood), and a lot of atmosphere, which made you feel like part of an epic adventure. The problem is that the Master Chief storyline had already blown its narrative load by the end of Halo 3 and is now firmly stuck in “nutted but she

I disagree. I always knew what was going on in the Bungie games. I think Halo 5 is the first time I really quit trying to keep up. I have a group of friends that I always play with and several times during our campaing run I asked if anyone knew what was happening. No one ever did. I mean, yeah, we usually knew what

My opinion: The Chief should have only been the protagonist of the first 3 games. 4 and on should have just featured a new Hero, a new story, perhaps even a new time. John’s story should have ended endlessly drifting in cryo stasis on his ship.

I think the problem with the Halo games currently is the lore is so far up it’s own ass it can’t find it’s way out. None of it makes sense anymore without having the dig into all this spin off content.

Counter-point: the love triangle isn’t “complicated”. It’s common YA teen fare, and comes across as such on both mediums.

I really rather hated the book. I read it after a recommendation from a friend. All the characters were whiny self absorbed arseholes. Just because the author was aware of the genre conventions and made the characters self referential doesn't justify the fact that the Final act of the novel managed to cram in every

Sigh. I’m about 25% through the first book, and I’m finding it really, really hard to keep going. So far, it’s completely cliche D&D-inspired fantasy. The main character is a fucking insufferable Mary Sue. And there have been more instances of the word ‘whore’ than there have been actual speaking female characters

What? How can anyone even think this? She is awful.

God, when I read the news this morning I got so giddy. Actually a few days ago I was googling ‘Will Akira Toriyama continue the DB series’, and I found some articles from a year or two ago but I couldn’t tell if they were legit, because they said Toriyama expressed interest in doing this.

right, it was worth $6B, and he wanted more to help is grow and succeed.

I’m not gonna lie, every new thing I see about this movie makes me more and more excited for it

This may be the weakest arrow review I've ever read.

Muslim insanity eh? I love how science fiction is supposed to encapsulate ideas of openmindedness and you'd think they would attract such people, but on blogs like this, we find bigots like you.

Indeed, I concede. Filthy, thieving Edema Ruh.
