Eh... That's relatively close. I mean you have to consider that the writer is (I assume) in, or from the United States. Long distances to us are 4+ digit journeys. Even starting in the middle of the country (Kansas), it's a 1400 mile drive to either side.

Yes. Those are the minimum specs. Because if you have a worse computer than that you probably don't give a poop about PC gaming, or keeping up to date on current technology. Or you're broke. In which case PC gaming probably isn't a good idea. No money = no compatibility in this game.
