I suppose that's true. I just did a major cutback. My biggest thing was smoking while driving. I'd smoke a whole pack going to and from work, not counting the pack I had while AT work. Not sure why it's so hard for some people to quit. I stopped smoking after five years, cold turkey. I may have one or two a month now, if that, but that's down from four packs a week for a whole five years.
