The first three gears were about the same thing. The first two weren’t about cars. And I haven’t seen actual content in 6th gear in months. I’m going to stop reading these if the quality doesn’t improve. Mike, might I suggest not doing the morning shift every morning in an attempt to accumulate better content? I would

The M6 is hideous. I’m not a fan of any BMW styling to be honest, but the M6 is just plain ugly.

I say this as a blonde. That is WAY too many blondes in one place. A concentration like that does not happen naturally.

Neither you or I or Joe Blow rider are Rossi or Stoner and won’t be getting every tenth out of the bike. So that last little bit of feel from the front for them won’t matter to us.

Trump certainly isn’t the only politician full of it - but he’s the definitely the loudest (for now), easy target.

can’t be starred enough.

You guys, I think Donald Trump may be full of shit.

I think that’s a pretty solid evaluation. From what I’ve read, the Model S has its fair share of fit and finish issues, though most owners consider these “growing pains” or “quirks” - typical of the kind of person who is an early technology adopter, and they’re willing to live with them. Compared to a traditional car

While I do think the stock is a bit overvalued, I don’t believe anyone buying a model s is concerned about gas prices. I’m not in that market, but I just don’t thing fuel price is a metric considered when buying a $90,000 car.

I have half my net worth in the market in some form and have been investing since 1995 or so. The market is irrational, but I think buying a high-volatility stock in a bloated, overvalued market in a rising rate environment is an especially risky bet.

The fact that I don’t have to deal with customer service.

Vertical visability can vary significantly. My GT-Air has much less vertical view than say an AGV Corsa. If you have an upright bike it’s not a big deal but it’s difficult to see out of my GT-Air in a tuck on a sportbike (which I don’t ride normally).

How many times have you been riding and took a direct hit to the head by a 10-pound anvil?

Visibility is similar across full-face helmets. It’s minimally mandated at 105 degrees to each side and we humans can only use 90 degrees of that.

I’m fucking old and have been riding since dinosaurs. I have worn: Bell, Shoei, AGV, HJC, Shark and Arai. My life has been saved by several of those brands but I have settled on Arai for two reasons, they fit my round head best and I know an Arai distributor and get DEALS!

I wear Shoei for their fit. Arai doesn’t fit my head shape as well. That actually has changed since the R1100 which felt like it was made for my head. I now ride with a GT Air which is nice and has the integrated sun visor but isn’t quite as well fitting as the R1100. The R1200 fits about the same as the GT Air. Both

This is what I want to know. Honestly, I’ve talked to many riders, and most say “I wouldn’t cheap out on a helmet,” but at the same time, you can still get to work in a Kia despite the V12 Benz costing more. If both will protect you equally, why spend the extra coin for comfort you don’t need? I see guys with $800

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years from guys who have been riding longer than I have, it’s this:

It had better drive like some sort of miracle because it looks extremely boring.

It’s not an isolated issue, I smashed my Harman Kardon tube receiver to bits last night. Let’s see those hackers get to my Roxy Music LPs now!
