I agree. The synthesis ending seems to be the real happy ending in that peace and harmony is brought to the universe yadda yadda yadda. If people want a big ol' happy ending synthesis seems the way to go.

I know I'll be flamed for this but it really doesn't look that much more graphically impressive than the last GTA. Don't get me wrong it does look pretty, but it doesn't scream next gen to me.

That's what I'm thinking too. Managing expectations that is. They don't want people to fall in love with a feature or features that they've decided not to include. That's of course providing that it's real.
