Well, seeing how the game is all about parallel realities, the game itself justifies that you get all those paths, because with that knowledge, you can get all the info you need for the True Ending.

I can understand this in games like "The Walking Dead" but for games, like 999 and its sequel, I just couldn't do it. And the "Perfect Ending" was worth all those replays.

Just don't call him shorty :)

I did browse a little (loved the Mh4 skin for 3DS). I don't have any aptitude for drawing, so I'm probably the last person you would want to hear an opinion about this, but monsters in Monster Hunter looks less "monsters" and more like hybrids of animals that already exist (most of them) and some of your Pokémon

I don't really believe in God, but if it does, I'll make a pilgrimage (to my PC, of course).

"Well, why bother if no one is gonna read my posts, am I right?" :). But yeah, I know what you mean. Sometimes you just want to post a silly reply, but no one ever sees it or bother to look for it because you're not "stared".

Great effort on the artist, but monsters on MH have a "finesse" in their design that's not reflected here. Even Deviljho, one of nastiest and ferocious monsters in the 3rd generation has a charm that I can't see here...

Demon Souls is no prequel to Dark Souls. Both take similar mechanics, but they are completely separate from each other.

I haven't had any issues with the pad, so when you mentioned it, it kinda worried me it had issues or something. Thanks for the explanation.

The game's looking pretty good. Did you know about any issues with the gamepad in previous showings of the game, or was just a general comment? I really want to know, even though I'm sure I'll be playing this OffTV most of the time.

They are entertaining, I won't deny it, but the lore seems "simplified" to me, and that was something I loved in the first Evangelion that I just cannot get around with the new movies.

Call me fanboy, but I'll stick with the original series (with the EoE movie).

Now playing

To this day, this's been the best intro I've ever seen. It just give me goosebumps everytime I see it. This game was the gate for me playing other games beside Nintend0's ones, and pretty much defined my taste in games:

Pursuer's actually one of my favorite bosses because it doesn't feel cheap when fighting him. If you fail a roll, it was on you, not on the hitboxes (at least to me) which I cannot say about Smelter, where whenever I roll, no matter the timing, I get hit...

"B-Team" tried (and is still trying) to make an awesome game. I started playing Dark Souls when the PC version was released, so it was pretty balanced by then. I'm guessing what's affecting people in Dark Souls 2 is akin to what people lived when Dark Souls was released. I'm honestly hoping Dark Souls 2 gets to a

Giant Lord and Smelter Demons would be way easier if the hitboxes were fixed, so I guess From rationalized that it was better that the (Giant Lord's) sword hits you even when you were under him and not even close to the blade. As for the Smelter Demon, I still don't know how to roll without being damaged by his

I guess I know what you mean...

I blame it on the Agility stat. You can have extra i-frames and still fat roll for all you care. Sure, it's not as convenient if you fat roll, but I still have a hard time hitting people even in full havel's. And Poise seems to have been "fixed" with the last patch, but auto-parries with the monastery scimitar came

In my opinion, Demon Souls has better lore, Dark Souls has better setting and Dark Souls 2 has the best combat mechanics. Now if only From could make a game with the the best of each game...

Yeah, it's the optional boss from the Pilgrims. If the Throne Duo fight would've have been a little more like the Darklurker's I think they would be also part of my favorite bosses.
