I am not your honey and, I used XXXL as a frame of reference that people with eating disorders are not always a size 0. That in fact, overweight people often have an eating disorder. 0 to XXXL is a size range.

I honestly do not get societies disconnect between what an eating disorder looks like. There are many, dare I say MOST-people who have a terrible relationship with food (IE: disordered eating) that are NOT a size zero but, a size XXXL.

I think it is safe to say the most FTM folks keep the lower regions intact. The difference between lower surgery for ftm's and mtf's is vastly different.
