Sorry, but I've seen successful outsourcing, where people feel like they are "in-house". They get salaries, only thing is that they work remotely, and get instructions from product managers based within the offices.

At the time of writing you could also use it for search purposes of this nature. But as my article was written approximately 2 years ago (and updated a couple of weeks ago), Evernote changed the search rules in the meanwhile, so you can't use # for search purposes anymore.

This has no basis in reality, because essentially any business owner is effectively leveraging outsourcing. You hire people to achieve your goals. Are they in China, or are they in India, or right next to you, is completely irrelevant.

A lot of people understood me right. I use X within the note, and not as a tag. Helps me quite often. Doing a hashtag search pulls of my Twitter hashes, that contaminated my Evernote due to IFTTT.
