Quite miffed at Sega myself, though for a very different game: Phantasy Star Online 2. Hmmph. And yes I know about the fan-translation patch and all that; I would really prefer to play on a legitimate (fully translated) version of the game than to jump through quite that many hoops.

Man I really hated Decipher. MERP had been such a wonderful RPG that I was just appalled by what Decipher did with the Middle Earth IP when they got their hands on it. Awful, just awful.

Unless the Orc lore has been changed again, were not the Orcs peaceful shamanistic tribes prior to the arrival of the Burning Legion? IIRC they only became conquerers and warlike after drinking the blood of Mannoroth. Preventing this from happening would not make the Orcs more warlike, but rather the converse.

Alright the Iron Man one is just dumb, the Arc Reactor is already a clean energy source. However that one is also the most amusing of the lot, I got quite a chuckle out of it.
