Who were the core test patients for in-vitro? Was the group a broad range of ethnicities or a narrow one? (if this is covered in the linked article I've jumped the comment gun...)
As long as you don't complain about how badly things are being run where you live, or how rotten the guy/gal is that got voted in, I don't have a major problem with you (or anyone) who doesn't vote. But, I think while we still can vote, we should.
Reminds me of my R.A. days — we had a rule where the first 2 weeks after move-in day, no roommate switches could take place.
