I’m no law professor but I don’t think I saw anything illegal from Konami in that article. Petty, shitty, and bad for employee morale? Damn right it is. But so illegal they should be sued, sadly, I don’t think it is.

Konami sucks nowadays and their methods can be unpopular amongst the gaming community but I dont believe they’ve done anything “illegal” as you say. Vicious? Maybe? Straight up illegal, no.
Not to mention that after MGSV now Konami’s pretty much only active AAA game franchise still alive is PES and they can’t even properly support their one and only franchise.
Fair enough but you got the Argentina thing sorta wrong:
European? Try (almost) the rest of the world’s seasons.
Sonic was a regular show up since the early 90s and the first video game character to had a balloon. Sega’s slacking.
What, no Sonic The Hedgehod? I thought that was a parade classic! And the first video game character to be featured on the parade. You're slacking, Sega!
Yes and thats why we got DoA5 and its 285 versions in the west but not the more niche (DoAX2 didn’t crack 300,000 units worldwide) and tit simulator DoAX3.
KI was a year old by then. DKC3 was brand new and 1996’s SNES holiday season game to have. It's no wonder it was more expensive.
After years of being used to Nintendo’s cartridge prices I’ll always remember how flabbergasted I was when I began to see brand new PS1 games going for as low as $30 and not a dollar above $50. Meanwhile MKTrilogy was $80 bucks on N64.
Sorry for going off-topic but what the hell’s up with these new, unskippable, and irritating as shit 15 second long full page ads that keep popping up on me? Sometimes even twice on the same page! I’ve never used ad-block because I believe in helping out content providers that I enjoy but this shit is driving me nuts.…
Holy hyperbole, Batman! Yes Trails in the Sky is good but best jrpg of the decade? That goes to Xenoblade. A gargantuan game that does try new things in the genre, looks beautiful, pushes the Wii to its absolute limit, and has gorgeous music.
And we have a winner.
MLB just gave this freeand perfectly legal user created mod a whole lot more of publicity. Good job, guys.
Did you ever play N64 back in the day? Every seminal game in that console had inverted Y axis by default and many with no option to change. I rock Y-inversion (back then I called that normal, I blame Halo for that paradigm shift) since 1996 because Super Mario 64, Goldeneye, Zelda OoT, Perfect Dark and every other N64…
I take it you weren’t around during the N64 days. Y-inversion was the default (and many times only) option on so many pivotal milestones of the console.
Finding an exception does not a trope destroy.
And white. Don't forget the white male part.
Wrong. An N64 maxed out cart could hold 512 mega BITS, not bytes. That means 64 MBs.
You're wrong. You cannot opt out of getting invaded. I played offline all the time and I still got invaded and lost tens of thousands of fuel resources. Konami is charging me to not loose progress.
