It’s actually really fun to play. There’s not a huge community here for it, but there are a handful of us that get together at out local shop to play.

I wonder if anyone involved in the game has actually read the book? Definitely wasn’t the case for the movie...
Not Danny Devito. 0/5
Oh I read it, especially the part where it is exactly like the first game has been doing for the last 3 years. This is not news. If anything, it should have been a “buyer beware” article that came out before the game even launched, letting people know what to expect.
Wait... You’re telling me that to experience the content of the expansion, you actually have to own the expansion?!? Madness...
Everyone’s hating on poor Ruby, but it’s going to be hilarious when the show goes full Dragonball Z and you find out human/Kryptonian hybrids are stronger than full-blooded Kryptonians and she helps take out her mom.
“Togwaggle” is my new favorite word.
They do. You can get new taunts and victory poses in the packs.
Don’t work yourself into a shoot, brother!
I guess Battlefront 2 gets a break this week as Gamers with Pitchforks and Torches Against Perfectly Fine Games sets their sights on Destiny 2.
As cool as it is, it’s all sort of levels of cheating. You’re not allowed to pre-measure your maneuvers and shots until you declare them.
No mention of the fact that there is no season pass and that all DLC is free? This part is conspicuously absent from all discussions of this.
The Star Wars Explained Youtube channel did a video on all the canon connections and it is downright amazing how much the game ties into and calls back to the new canon’s novels and comic books. They really did their work making sure it all lined up.
Pretty much every one of the Marvel Nerflix shows suffer from this. They would all be amazing 6-8 episode shows, but get bogged down they the 10+ episode runs.
Honestly, just skip to episode 11 for some full-on Punishing.
One of the major selling points of the game announcement would be that there was no season pass and all DLC would be free. People seem to be forgetting this part of it. I’d rather have free DLC and microtransactions that I don’t have to buy far more than having to buy a season pass and map packs.
As a Lizzie main, I was almost enraged by this trailer...
Son of a bitch... It has my highest hour count on Steam by far.
*cut to two weeks from now when everyone has everything unlocked and are complaining about the game’s lack of progression*
Apparently recent patches have really affected the game experience. Lag spikes and the like.
