No, I mean why has the US had red turn signals rather than mandating amber like the rest of the world? It doesn't seem to make sense to have lights that perform different important awareness functions be the same colour. I don't agree at all with the way this person tried to impose citizens justice, but to enforce the law, police need to uphold the law. This officer should get a citation based on the video evidence like any other road user would.
