@Tsylord: Depends on what your looking for.

@fughedaboudit: I think I get it. They are trying to sell phones to people who hate smartphones. The "I'll never get a smartphone, all my friends just stare into their's all day" crowd. My wife is one of those people, but she doesn't care enough about her phone to get a WP7 handset. That's where it falls apart I

@raphaelstamm: 2 ~45 min tests in whatever conditions you happen across, and an optional Drivers Education course that is maybe 10 hours driving. My drivers ed instructor taught me nothing but where to get good food in London. My dad used to instruct in England, so by the time he was done with me there was nothing

@lvlln: Yes, i just tried it and it works with launcher Pro. It does mess up the actions of the home button though. I have LP set to go to the main screen on 1st home press, pull up the pverview of screens on the second. Both of these fail, though previews are available with a pinch. Note that you can't let go of the

@bjaxon: I've overclocked my Desire, and I can't see a huge difference, though it's only from 1.0 to 1.3ghz.

@Lord_Data ∞: Real nerds know that He is a precious element, and it is being depleated quickly. We will always have N2 as long as we are alive. Save the He for things that need it!

@C3PA: Google develop Android in house. There is no mass of androids, there are about 4 versions. 1.5,.1.6,2.1 and 2.2. This is then modified by phone companies and devs to meet their needs. These modifications are superficial, in that what they change does not break the AOSP underpinnings. I am running a ROM so rare

@RuckingFetard: My Phone Bitch. If you needed anything else to convince you this was a load of crap, that's it.

@reuthermonkey: The only issue is differing hardware capabilities. You can't make an app that uses all the power of my desire run on a hero, but then you can't use all the iPhone4 has to offer and let iPhone 3 users run it.

@anonpwny: You know the worst part about this? I'm a Canadian and I can't do shit about the US security. If I fly into, out of or over the USA, the TSA wants my information. Why? I have never once heard of them actually catching people with all these billions in equipment and manpower.

@lalov1: HTC have dependancies linked to the whole sense UI, so unfortunaly no I can't just backup the .apk. That would be nice though, thanks for the idea!

I am bored of the stock Android EMail client. It's not nearly as good as the HTC one, but since I don't want to go back to a sense ROM, I can't use it. Does anyone have recomendations on an email client that will work with hotmail push and show HTML emails properly? Can I get the GMail app to show my hotmail without

@Kat Hannaford: Im wondering how they do verification. If it is software based, someone will port it to the older phones. There is an almost working ROM for the desire based on the Desire HD rom, and if I remember it's only the camera with big issues. If they check a hardware ID we might be out of luck.

@Flike: If you never touched it maybe. Your hand and pocket should polish it enough that you never see the green, though the type of person that would buy this is probably like my mom and never actually uses the phone. At least this could in theory always stay charged from the heat in her purse?

@Jagvar: WTF? Why would anyone do that to an otherwise stock looking 911?

@rand_althor: I don't want to be sold joints, only buds. I also don't want to smoke outdoor. Indoor under lights with hydroponic nutrients grows the best pot. No one will grow it outside.

@Decaye: Hahaha reminds me of a story I heard from England or Wales. Some farmer got fined for forgetting to lift the plow when he left the feild. I would have loved to see the look on the 1st car drivers face to happen upon that.
