Another reason Georgia is so high is because of their insurance rules and regulations. They are one of the worst besides Michigan IMO. Indiana is one of lowest because of their lax insurance requirements. Anytime I have been pulled over I have never been asked for proof of insurance...ever.

Ehh depends on how you look at it. Technically they are always on duty at least here in Indy. I consider them to be non civilian.

Sadly yes. But at least they were honest and upfront about it. One was done while the car was parked. He had a run so he left his card with his cell and a short explanation. The only cops I really dislike are the state cops. They can go to hell for all I care.

I beg to differ, my car has been hit twice, albeit minor incidents, by Indianapolis Police and both times the city paid for the damages. Quick and painless I might add. But like I said they were minor(under $2,000) incidents.

Go to school to get electrical/mechanical degree or experience $$$ plus $10k for the car. I think you would be better off with the Leaf since it would be cheaper in the long run since school costs more then a mortgage in some cases.
