I say without hesitation that many comedians and comic actors are some of the most hateful, hate-filled, ugliest, cruelest, darkest fucking people on the planet.
Exactly - there is no obligation. Frankly, there are some partners one has more of a desire to do things with than others, but there is simply no requirement to do anything one does not wish to do.
Legal outcome aside, I've no doubt that she was subjected to such behavior, and anyone who denies that such things are relatively commonplace in countless types of workplaces are either lying or delusional.
I really don't get the hate.
Yeah, they weren't obnoxious or anything, but a friend who had been there before me explained that they don't like sneakers and a jacket was required.
Meh. I dine somewhat regularly at such places, and have never felt uncomfortable in jeans and Converse, and a jacket for those place that require it. There are a couple of exceptions (like The French Laundry) due to dress code.

Oh, no! Actual human anatomy is frightening, and must be covered up in shame!
Well, no spoilers, but her life ended in a fucking tragedy.

Yeah, it's got Josh Gad in it.
Bravo!
FYI, the rule of thumb on box office is that a film must make double its production budget just to break even due to the added costs of publicity, advertising and the way ticket sales are split between distributors and studios as well as the differences in the way overseas revenues are calculated and distributed.
Well, as a fifty year old person, I'm unfamiliar with the Disney tween sitcoms of the 90s, so I can't say such comparisons occurred to me.
Anyone claiming that such-and-such is 'raping', 'ruining' or 'destroying' their childhood must have had early lives of such little consequence and meaning that they can only be truly shit adults.
I do not know who Jonah Keri is, but I am following him now on Twitter after this.
Jeese, yeah, I've heard it since the sixties.
