I loved the little kid at the beginning of the episode, running through the crowd and climbing the tree to get a better view of Jon and Dany’s entrance. Evoking memories of baby-Arya AND baby-Bran.

In season one, in the first episode Ned said to Jon, the next time we meet, we’ll talk about your mother I promise, then when Sam goes to tell Jon about his mother, Jon is staring at the statue of Ned. 

Still don’t get how people thought Tormund and Beric were dead when they’re clearly shown alive at the end of S7.

Problem with Sansa is that she goes from smart to thick as the plot demands. Season 7 Sansa was dumb as hell at times.

Sansa has a really interesting arc from a naive girl who believed in fairy tales to a cynical woman.

Stuck was probably the wrong word. They’ll make it to Winterfell, but they are still in the very dangerous position of being on their own and having to get past the army of the dead to reunite with everyone else.

That ending with Jamie and Bran:

I don’t think Beric and crew will be stuck—the trailer for the next episode shows them at Winterfell telling Jon about the army coming.

Beric and Tormund see the Umber boy/wight at Last Hearth, the Umber home and the closest castle to the Wall. It means (as I think it was Beric or maybe Dolorous Edd pointed out) that the group is now stuck behind the army of the dead as they march to Winterfell.
