I would agree that it is not a good sign. Mind you I am the type that plays and beats a game. I tend to be a completionist. Once I am done I put it on the self and play another game.

I salute you for not rushing to defend Elder Scrolls like every other fan and then try to give me a hundred reasons why I should play the

Awe that's not good. Do tell me you at least beat the game lol. I acutally stuck with it and got 100% competition and to be honest one thing Skyward sword beat the other Zelda games out on was side quests. Damn they were pretty interesting. Like all the Zelda games it wasn't littered with them like what plagues games

Oh man QTE lmao. Very few games get them right. Resident Evil 4 is a very good example, it keeps you on edge and ready for anything and the adrenaline is just pumping. If you don't react as fast as the protagonist would need to, then you die as would have. The infamous knife fight? You love it, you hate it, but it

That's true! Turtle Rock does have some pretty impressive game play ideas. I hope Evolve turns out to be the game everyone hopes it to be. I agree that Half-Life is defiantly revolutionary with item placement. Though I feel the level design had more creativity and though put into it during that era. In fact everything

My bad I was thinking a little more in line with what you said at first and a little less about the remark about the guns being found in a security area. You are correct, very few games prior to Half-life did that. Few developers seem to do that in a way as interesting a s valve. To many developers try to make

Yeah I always imagined that Half-life 1 was a far better game than the second one. From what I've seen of it, it actually looked like such a different game and in my opinion a much better and more refreshing game. Though having rooms where they are meant to be place doesn't mean better level design. Hell some

I agree with many of your points and disagree with some others. It is true Half-life was more influential for sure. I agree with all but the level design. I thought that bay far the level designs of Dark Forces II were better. That is of course an opinion. I did miss out Half-life 1 which is probably a grave mistake

That makes a lot of sense actually. Crota did seem kinda weak in the battle lmao. He's powerful but seemed weaker than the lore pinned him to be. Your explanation literally explains it.

That makes sense I guess. And I thought when you meant "Skippable cut scenes" you were complaining that you couldn't skip them unlike the original. So I was little confused. lol

Remember that sometimes the water you drink, or that rains on your head. Once evaporated from someone's piss. Think of your fellow kotaku mates such ways next time you take a shower! :)

This is impressive. Under 30 minutes. Damn Dark Force II is one of the longest FPS's ever and I played a lot. A speed run like this is like beating Halo in 10-15 minutes...... I'm damn impressed, and a little jealous! I wished fans would remake this game!

I just want a new Jedi Knight game period. JK is the best PC

Hahaha that would have taken longer than the speedrun itself!

I dunno I enjoyed this game much better than Half-life. I've yet to ever play a game with better user maps, mods, and skins than Dark Forces 2. We did Ninja mod in Jedi High School. Lots of Creasers Palace, and hundreds of other customs maps. The DBZ mod was however the best! Total conversion.

Outcast was great but

What are you talking about? The DLC doesn't have any cut scenes except for the trailer you can play. Also the DLC story is more of a mess than the main game by a long shot. The 3rd mission you literally KILL Crota's soul. Then some how without ANY explanation on how he is alive for the raid? So does that mean the Raid

Comet is basically Destiny 2. It also ahs close to the amount of content the first game has and will likely retail for about $60-70. I think the way it's going to work is the "Expansion packs" are DLC where the retail releases will be what PC gamers consider an "Expansion pack". Which will be more like how WoW does

Look at his mouth. He's alive! He's going om nom nom.

Yep to what part? All 3 points? hahahaha

I was so happy to see the Steam Sale had Blade Symphony on sale for just under $5. I've been wanting to try out that game for a long time. I've heard some good things!
