Ohhh sorry. I misunderstood "radio" as the female voice (I assume that's the GPS). Yeah, that's definitely Japanese coming from the other audio source.
They sound very similar in tone and vowel sounds, but it was definitely Korean. You can hear lots of sentences ending with "sumida" which is basically the Korean equivalent of "desu".
