They're pretty damn terrible subs, though. The translator even goes so far as to add NBs in the middle of the damn movie. A lovely example is when someone says "wakarimashita" or something like that and the translator wrote "Doesn't say what, though >_>".

I'm sure it won't take long for them to figure out how to put the technology into prescription glasses (even if that's going to cost a lot more). There's always contact lenses, too, which many spectacle wearers are able to go with. Obviously not everyone can wear them, but at least EVERYBODY isn't screwed.
