I’d rather have a Volt, but it’s only more efficient than the Prius if you pretend grid electricity isn’t real energy. Prius converts gasoline to mileage much better than the Volt.

35 Hyundai-mpg is like 30 real-world-mpg, right?
That’s when you get a new Sentra. Then you tell your old one to go work the street.
Damn. What an investment, and he got to drive it for 55 years, too!
The latest Sentra is so much better than people realize. They will be wooed by its shameless appeal to your inner appliance-lover. The other compact sedan manufacturers waste your MSRP money by trying to pretend they don’t build appliances.

Dear Investors,
Manual drivers don’t need validation. They need companies to offer manual transmissions, which won’t happen if “enthusiasts” keep driving around in automatics and paddle shifters.
No manuals, no cares is not the problem. The problem is all of the rabid automatic drivers who can’t live in a world where other enthusiasts don’t take them seriously.
By all means, continue fighting the circle-jerk. You might win someday, but you won’t beat the market for collectibles.
No. I drive. You can play with that oversized knob from the passenger seat.

Is a new Lamborghini inherently inferior to a new Ferrari or a Porsche GT2/3?
We’re not discussing politics. We’re discussing the budget and taxation, but you understand neither, despite my efforts.
Check out prices for modern collectibles. You’ll find the manual versions are more highly prized than the paddle-shifter variants.
The semi-auto versions will sell well at the dealerships, and in 25 years, they will all be sitting in junkyards.
