Yes, but just get the regular Switch. The best games on the system are worth playing, so don’t risk that you might not like it in a handheld. There are some games I prefer on the TV and others I prefer handheld.

You have to experience it and play in your preferred style. But if you are asking about it I would imagine you would prefer to have your switch in docked mode and then play it in handheld sometimes....

I think it’s a YMMV situation with that. For me Breath of the Wild is the kinda game you want to play on the largest screen possible and play in handheld mode for side stuff when you’re on the go. My nephew mostly plays Switch in handheld mode and had a great experience with it and BotW is his top game.

Is this a generational thing? Im 43 and have zero interest in watching streams of people playing games or other such activities. ZERO INTEREST. But this shit is clearly HOT HOT HOT.

Yeah, terrible people sometimes do nice things. I heard Pol Pot once gave a kid a lollipop. All’s forgiven.

TL;DR lulz? ::eyeroll::

Who needs post-fight photos when one GIF told you everything you needed to know before the fight?

The huge brontasaurus looking things are out there. My buddy and I were in a party on PS4 lastnight and they were on his damn starting planet.

I love how everyone just want everything all at once. The game has been out for 2 fucking days! Chill the fuck out.

It’s not fraud you drama queen. They made it clear that its the chances of meeting other players were super low. And your acting like you’re saying they took out the “Spawn near my friend” which was never intended to be in the game in the first place.

“Letting people know whether or game is multiplayer or not is freaking essential.”

you can’t always get what you want

This. The amount of hyperbolic shit stirring over not being able to see people that you normally wouldn’t have met is stupid. You have a huge game made by a small team, and it’s NOT meant to be multiplayer. Get the fuck over it and just play the game.

Perhaps it’s because of this:

I get the sense with the suggestions of “patches” and add-ons that this game will get much more robust in the coming months.

I hear you, but I still think you’re looking for a story where there probably isn’t one. He should be more clear, but I’m sure it’s just something that’s either server-related or requires a patch. I doubt there’s anything dishonest going on here based on what we know about Sean Murray.

“Hey, we don’t know what the issue is yet, but those players should’ve seen each other! We’re looking into it.”

Maybe it’s not just your type of game? I fought off sleep to squeeze in a few hours last night and enjoyed myself immensely. The relaxing exploration aspect is enjoyable for me, even though starting on a radioactive planet did make the first hour or so a pain in the ass.
