I'm glad to see the PS4 sticks appear to hit the stops before reaching such an extreme angle like the PS3 controller. Always felt excessive to me.

Then why do so many games use L2 & R2 for aiming and shooting?

That PS3 bundle is ridiculously cheap!

If the next consoles we're really worth owning on Day 1, I'd be pissed about this... but they're not. It's gonna take some time for them to be "must own", especially with launch titles dropping like flies.

Wow, comedy aside, that looks pretty stunning. Unlike the console version, which is horrid.

If Rockstar wants GTAO to really grow and have a large player base they need to get on something like that. It's such a frustrating experience in so many ways as it is. I can't take anymore chatty, racist 15 yr olds.

Agreed, there's a LOT of incredible design here, but also a LOT of unrealized potential. Both the single player and online portions seem like they're just waiting for someone to actually make use of all bits & pieces. Hopefully R* actually does commit themselves to doing great things with GTAO in the coming months.

yes please!

Looks impressive, but why the need to brush to pad to pan left and right? Can't the surface detect where your thumb is so constant pressure in that area would keep you turning until your thumb moves back to center?

No, I wish there were some sort of mugging mini-game for GTAO tho.

Haven't lost anything except my spare time for trying to play in the opening days, this will be a nice recompense. Just don't carry it around in your wallet lest you get mugged!

Ha!... No, no I did not :/

Absolutely stunning images, the scale is mind-numbing. My imagination takes off looking at any one of these.

Very excited to try one eventually, I find standard controllers just ok and can see a lot of room for improvement. Keyboard and mouse is just too mechanical-feeling. I hope this strikes a balance between the organic feel of a controller and the precision of keyboard/mouse.

In the options you can change the aiming reticle to "complex" which adds a small circle around the dot, making it easier to see.

I've noticed the shooting being a bit sloppy too, though not so often since it's been a relatively small part of the experience for me so far (i.e. doing lots of other things.). But the points you make highlight a pretty archaic execution, I wonder why they did that? And I also wonder why so many gaming sites have

I've been primarily a console gamer as well, and before the PS4 was officially announced, I was heavily leaning towards the rumored SteamBox too. But now that the PS4 has been announced with such impressive specs, for such little money compared to your average PC and without the dreaded DRM restrictions we all

I have no idea about the streaming from a more powerful PC to your TV, but I'm not sure what you're getting at about the next-gen consoles not offering anything compelling. Are you referring to the launch titles? Because that's no way to judge consoles that'll be around for 8-10 years. Features? Well that's personal

Getting very excited at this point, only thing I'm dreading is that first moment Snake opens his mouth to speak. Hoping it still feels like the same series I've grown up with at that moment.

Feel bad for this guy, glad to hear justice was done 'cause that is low and just plain trashy.
