The death of Gwen in the movie was a mistake, IMO. Emma Stone's chemistry with her boyfriend was the best part of the Amazing Spider Man movie.

It's off to a good start, but they should have just called it Spider-Woman. Even Spider-Girl would have been better.

"Be sure to drink your Ovaltine."

Yeah I get the sentiment behind the whole calling this woman a heroine thing (I love a lady who bucks gender stereotypes as much as the next person), but I agree with you that it's actually pretty squarely in the NOT OKAY category. When guys do it, we're all pretty much united on the front that they're total creeps,

The attraction is normal. Acting on it isn't, and especially if you are in a parent/child relationship. It was his responsibility to protect her from it, and he failed her. Further I would argue that he groomed her and preyed upon her.

This is some brave shit.

There's nothing wrong with her body, that's how a 47 year old body looks, if you're lucky and have very, very good genes. Why people should continue the myth that beautiful = young I don't know. Because as a species our window of youth is relatively small, and we'll be old far longer than young. That's a long time to

I am so excited because this is the first I'm hearing about this story and that means I have finally successfully unfollowed the correct people on Facebook.

Shhh...no one tell them about the actual living babies killed by their families for the inconvenience they caused by being born female.

Was looking for this comment, ton of white space in this article.

The first season will mostly feature Link as a goat-herder before becoming the hero of hyrule. We'll see him as he struggles with personal problems such as his cucoo-fighting gambling addiction, along with the streak of vandalism including the smashing of 89,542 pots.

This sounds so bad, i can't believe people are excited for this. The only way i'll watch is if the first episode is Link running around unarmed getting destroyed by enemies till he wanders into a random cave where a strange old man give him a sword.

Ye, Same.

Entire series focuses on the negotiations and struggles of the Gerudo peoples and trying to find a place in the land of Hylia.

Is there a ton of whitespace on this page for other people? I'm looking at this in chrome and there's a huge space before the first tweet. Turned adblock off in case some content was being blocked but it made no difference. Weird.

The sooner people realize you can't make a TV series with a silent Link the sooner we can start to accept this as being a good idea.

From what I've seen of Netflix's original live action series, that aren't comedies, they know how to do good dramas and action series, except Marco Polo which I'm iffy on, so I'm sure it's in capable hands. Zelda fans will bitch regardless of whether or not it's a good show, but if it gives us some newcomers to the

If this works out, then my dream of a badass, well-done Metroid live action series is one step closer to being a reality.

I'm on board as long as they promise that Link will say "Well, excuse me, princess!"
