Have you not seen the athletes in the NBA? Almost anything can be considered an alley-oop in college and pro ball so long as it can be caught while in the air and finished with a dunk (by dunk, I mean you hand must hit the rim or be within an inch of it.....not that Blake Griffin/Dwight Howard dunk contest BS).

I'm certainly in the wrong profession.

Are they only allowed to have up to 3.4 oz. of juice in their lunch boxes? Because if so, this school sucks!

You left out the part where they say:

Russell Westbrook would've made that dunk. I'm just sayin.....

I was pulling for the name "New Orleans Hurricanes"

The real intrigue is whether or not these shoes can make the Bobcats better. I surmise "No".

And this is why I don't have cable, even though I'm an avid basketball fan....because of the bullshit bureaucracy of the NBA, NCAA and all major sports leagues/associations for that matter.

It doesn't matter. Next year's starting freshmen won't even remember the loss UK had.

Shenanigans!

I see your argument and match you..... What happens when future con, Bully McDouche decides that this kid and his robotic chaperone owe him lunch money. Is the drone equipped with defensive mechanisms for defending the child should he come under attack by one of his peers? Can it spray change on the ground to

Why are you making fun of Shaq and Glen "Big Baby" Davis?

LSU is a football college, not a community college. Community colleges typically have members of the community attend them. LSU, recruits nationally so that Les Miles can send 11 guys on the field at any time with a chance of winning football games.

Two words as an alternative: House Boats! (may be one word like "maybe" though)

What a quitter!

Seriously? After being critical of my comments on Ed Reed getting a one-game suspension for his hit, you stand by the reversal of the decision?

I've played football, in pads, 11 players on the field. It is a contact sport. The NFL doesn't give a damn about player safety, the real issue is they don't like paying for these lawsuits after years of telling players that football was safe and had no lasting effects. Part of the appeal of football is watching

I'm inclined to agree with you on that. Rugby players seem to be doing alright.

To worry is one thing, but to penalize players each and every time their helmet comes into contact with another players is asinine. From what I've witnessed, a vast majority of these infractions occur when the receiver crunches up into a fetal like position in an effort to minimize the blow they're about to receive.

Let's just have everyone take off the padding and helmets, outfit them with flags on each hip, and proceed with making the NFL the NFFL (or National Flag Football League).
