Well let’s see, the most watched music videos (and just music! “lyric videos” etc) on YouTube probably earn the artists no royalties whatsoever from YouTube, since they’re uploaded directly by the record company, so that’s likelya big reason for the discrepancy in royalties between YouTube and Spotify.
