DO WANT
DO WANT
Boy, am I glad that I live in a place where the weather two days after Christmas is ideal for jeans and a short-sleeve shirt.
In typical Jalopnik fashion: that interior belongs to what car?
Why can't we have 85mph zones in the US?
@thunder: How about cops blocking traffic on the highway for a bunch of Porsches, Lambos, Ferraris, BMWs, Corvettes, and a 1000hp twin-turbo Ford GT? :D
The Veyron, however, could take much improvement. =)
@Serolf Divad: The answer is: you. (CCX has no "ugly".)
O HAI2U SPYKER
@Rust-MyEnemy: The question is, however....does it have Ferrari exhaust? And if it doesn't, the buyer can add to the hellishness by somehow getting one on there :)
for road courses*
Someone needs to start a racing league, four road courses, in which the only rules are that it needs to be a ground vehicle completely controlled by a human (no Benz/Lexus-style computer control) and powered by an internal combustion engine....all else up to whoever's got the money to develop it.
Is that a forearm-and-hand just behind the rear wheel, on the exhaust, as if to look like its holding a gun? Or am I just seeing things?
And note: this article has the description for a different model that appears lighter and and more recreational....the website says that the 19XRW reaches a flying altitude of 6 feet, which is closer to what is shown in the video.
@Adamskiy: In the video, though, it does look as if just a little bit more speed/power/lift and it would be able to fly like a normal aircraft.
@DustyButt: But that also wasn't 75mph....the faster it goes, the more it can rely on conventional lift and not the extra lift acheived with the [I forget the scientific name] effect by being so close to the ground.
But whoever titled that picture is wrong — the Mk. II Jetta was never offered as a 5-door hatch.....correct?
If it is in fact a Golf, it's got the August-1987 (so...1988 model year, or 1987.5?) larger grille slats, but appears to lack the "Big Bumpers" adopted in August of 1989. So yeah, continental-EU-spec 1987.5-1989 GL.
@Mike the Dog: Full BMX helmets are basically identical to dirtbike helmets....neither have visors, and both usually have the raised section in front of the nose/mouth.
@sos10:
Article* not thread, as I guess that term would apply to a forum.
