I’ve had a previous version of this one for at least 7 years. It’s good, and I’m glad the battery hasn’t crapped out yet. I bought the cleaning stand, too, but don’t bother. It’s just about time for a new set of blades, so I wish I hadn’t bought a replacement set back 7 years ago, as I’ve since lost it.

The first time this was featured, I bought it. I decided to test it out since there was some concerns on here.

No, especially since if you cut meat right off the heat source, you’ll lose a ton of juices since you didn’t let the meat rest!

Cooking, especially soup, can be quite affordable, and it doesn’t take that long. Here are some good, quick soup recipes:

Me too... I actually am going rafting tomorrow. Leaving at 11:00 AM, so there's a slim chance I may be able to take this with me. Very slim, but still!

For novelty's sake: 10/10. Fun!

Mine had it mixing with water as well, but drying it out for a day before you mixed with water. I dunno!

Make sure to only go halfway up/down the carrot, so you stay well away from your hand. I actually have special safety gloves for peeling potatoes, as peelers can just as easily peel skin as they can peel veggies.

I bought a test kit for ~$15 from Lowes. It also tested for nitrogen, pH, phosphorous and potassium. A couple of notes:

I'd like to know the answer to this as well. The way I heard it, you may want to limit the number of credit card applications per year, not the total number of credit cards.

Heads-up: skip to 3:03 to see the finished product. Neat project, but sometimes you just want to see the outcome before you decided to learn how to make something...

It should be goddamn illegal to post still images with play buttons. I FALL FOR IT EVERY DAMN TIME!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I bought one of these, and you should know that it doesn't last until morning. It's good bright light (when it's "on") but the standby light drains it by about 11:00 PM or 1:00 AM, depending on how bright a day it was.

Why, exactly, is it a good thing for the salmon to drip on the vegetables?

Teaching: if you're good at something, odds are many people are willing to learn…and pay for that knowledge. Community colleges and your local university probably have continuing or adult education programs that run in the evenings, and for which they need teachers.

For what it's worth, I saw something very similar at Costco for $60 yesterday. I was looking at it but I decided to do some price research before pulling the trigger.

Con confirm, this little guy works well. The first couple of weeks I had to restart the whole setup (modem & router), perhaps 5 times total, but since then it has worked like a charm.

The most important part: digitizer pen! I almost got this one, since I LOVED the previous iteration, but Dell took too long to update it to Haswell processors.

This is definitely an awesome computer.
