Really, though, there's a bigger concern here about how Destiny's loot and leveling systems work. A whole swath of players wouldn't be congregating at farm sites so diligently if the rewards weren't worth it. My hope is that future updates—new strikes, missions, anything—are a bit more generous in terms of rewards

There are major issues with Destiny's loot system ATM. This method is the only way to even have a remote chance at getting decent gear save Vault of Glass where the best gear is locked.

Please for the love of all things holy and sacred in this world let Alien: Isolation be good. I don't ask for much. A good Alien game would be wonderful. Its the exact kind of alien game I've always wanted.

I just need Alien Isolation to be good, and I will be set

This! It's like herding cats trying to find folks to do Queen's Wrath runs with...

Would have been pretty awesome if they embraced it to have him say something like "Hahaha, well that's disappointing."

Definitely, the "this is too complex for random pugs" doesn't work with regular strikes that just have a heap of modifiers and a higher level. Especially when some of them are soloable.

Hopefully this will be quickly followed by matchmaking for daily strikes and nightfall strikes. You can have your elitism regarding raids, but i don’t see any reason why all strikes can’t include matchmaking especially if now we can talk to one another.

As someone who uses a scout rifle and no shotgun, their plans to make autorifles and shotguns less effective, and scout rifles more effective, pleases me immensely.

I just figured out why that was so familiar..

Why did badass medieval anime knights never catch on?

MECHA-SHIVA!

Everything looks bad ass as a mech-samurai

These designs are really really badass. Definitely tattoo worthy.

Those are some strong ankles!

I'm standing in front of a cave, my assault rifle drawn. I'm shooting at a steady stream of identical aliens. I do this for an hour, hoping an alien will drop a good enough item so I can finally feel okay about walking away. That moment never seems to come. That's Destiny.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the assumption that the higher level the cryptarch was the better chance it was that he'd decode the engram into something better?
