I'm is a grownup of 58 yrx old, Thursty, and lots of us JezBz are "mature" women (some are mature and only 18). Don't be patronizing, sonny boy.

aThanka aYou. How It Is.

I left the US to move to Yurp in '89, and though I spend a lot of time keeping up with the news from home, obviously I miss stuff, and missed a lot in the pre-internet 90's . However, I don't regret missing a nanosecond of anything involving LaPaglia. From a distance from the noise of the everyday newsfeed, at first

Oh, please, no, people. " The "challenge" comes in trying to complete the most repetitions over a short period of time." Somebody out there is gonna get serious tongue burn awful fast. Listen, you practice on people and you learn by listening and when your partner says "Like this", do THAT! Get it?

I haven't sat down and watched an entire Oscars broadcast since about 1985 and I bless the hours of life I haven't wasted on it. Though I did check my phone a couple times last night when I got up to pee, just in case there was some massive upset and American Hustle won everything. It's so much more fun to wake up the

Considering that plus sized things are often tailored and sized so badly, online shopping does me no good. BTW H&M where I live (in Spain) seems to be cutting back on the number of stores that carry their larger sizes. Anyone else have news from other countries?

I grew up on the Upper East Side when it was mostly family brownstones, walk-ups, older apartment buildings with pockets of the rich on various blocks on the river, or west of 2nd/3rd Aves. It was possible to be working class/middle class and live there. Then ba-zoom, high-rises and super-renovated "townhouses" and

I'd like to add that if she had to give birth on the street, she picked one of the best corners in NYC to do it. The area a couple blocks east of that intersection is known as Bedpan Alley, because there are a ton of hospitals in half a square mile. Shifts change from 3 to 4, and there's a subway stop on 68th and

It's been 40 years since the BBC mini-series on the Pankhursts was made. I saw it on PBS, and I'd love to see it again. I don't know if it's available onine on PBS or BBC or wheverever, but if you can find it , it's worth it. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt007104…

I love Meryl, but dare I say I'd love to see Emma Thompson or Juliet Stevenson or an English actress in the role. Sometimes Meryl (both for her strength and her fame) gives too much gravitas to a role. Just my opinion.

Now playing

This is exactly what I heard and saw inside my head when I glimpsed these pix.

Bunnies are yummy. And factory farmed chicken or fishies aren't cute but are still living things. Either you eat flesh or you don't.

I just hope that whoever interprets Hepburn doesn't concentrate on her voice, because they never have and never will get it right. It was too unique. Instead, I think they should focus on how gracefully and confidently she moved (she was very athletic for her times) and how strong and open her facial expression was.

Lilo's participation makes perfect sense to me. Like the Republican Party leadership, she's out of touch with reality, desperately trying to hold on to disappearing prestige and followers, and will do anything for a buck.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who likes the heat!

Thank you. Our whole bodies more or less atrophy as we age. Menopause isn't my favorite walk in the park, but it wasn't nearly as awful as some people made it out to be. Maybe because after a lifetime of two days of awful period pains every month, I can now plan my life without wondering if I'll be lying on the sofa

Charlize Theron's father was an alcoholic and violent abuser who ended up dead when Charlize's mother shot him in self-defense. That's she's hanging out with a man who has a history of violence against his first wife (Madonna) is disturbing.

No, I think it was a reminder that he's married to a woman who also gave birth.
