I'm running Fedora and everything just.....works! Except for my wireless drivers that seem to uninstall themselves every two months or so.

For $400 you can easily get a 250GB SSD. I would musch rather have that than repairing a 5400 HDD.

The drive was under warranty ( at least they thought). There's no sense spending 50-100 dollars to replace something you get fixed for free.

How is that sad? A hard drive is like a suitcase. If you need to carry a lot of things, get a big one. If not a smaller one will do just fine.

I use Dropbox anytime I have a school project at school that requires or allows group work. It works out really well. We don't have to bring flash drives, and I get a nice bonus from Dropbox for giving them a new member.
